The contract to provide nextstep services is awarded by the Learning & Skills Councils. In Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, the contract has been given to Connexions STW who act as contract manager.
The Contract Management Team consists of the following members of staff:

The network consists of two IAG hubs, The Learning Centre in Shrewsbury and Telford Learning Point. These should be the initial referral points for clients. There are then eight other organisations within the network and clients will be referred to the appropriate one, taking into account geography and the different specialisms of the organisations.
